Meet Our Team

Vice President

As part of a career in strategy that has crossed industries, Jesse has been on the strategy team at OhioHealth since 2011, serving as the Vice President of Strategy for the system since 2018.  He received both his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and master’s degree from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.  Outside OhioHealth, Jesse and his wife, Kailyn, enjoy spending time with their four kids in the theater, dance studios, sports fields, and on long hikes exploring the great outdoors.

Director

Dana has over fifteen years experience in financial planning and analysis, analytics, project management and business partnering. Prior to joining the NVBI team, Dana worked for Cardinal Health and IGS Energy. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in Ohio. In her free time, Dana likes spending time with her family and friends, cooking and following Cleveland sports.

Head of New Ventures and Business Incubation

Tyler has been with OhioHealth for nearly fifteen years having previously led in the areas of business development and acute care operations.  He received both his undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Toledo.  Outside OhioHealth, Tyler and his wife, Kate, are busy keeping up with their children and enjoy spending time on their family farms.

Advisor

Jessica has over seven years of experience in healthcare operations and strategic project management. Prior to joining the NVBI team, Jessica supported outpatient operations at The Ohio State University and at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from The Ohio State University. In her free time, Jessica enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, and reading.

Sr. Consultant

Nataniel has over four years’ experience in financial markets, business operations, project management and building relationships. Prior to joining the NVBI team, Nataniel worked for JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Cincinnati in Ohio. In his free time, Nataniel likes spending time with his family and friends, golfing and following the Cincinnati Bearcats.

Executive Assistant

Tammy has nearly 20 years of experience in assisting high-level executives and providing support to company leaders and teams at OhioHealth. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. In her free time, Tammy enjoys playing tennis, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
